“I AM” is the best way to describe anyone on earth but it does not allow for our soul’s uniqueness to be understood. In this lifetime, I am realizing that I am consciousness itself (source) having a human experience in Amy's body.
I love doing shadow work — the pain, the release, the healing, the joy, the happiness, the sadness, the body, the mind, the horror, the comfort.
When I first learned of astrology from a good friend in college, I felt like the floor dropped out from underneath me. It was a moment that I’ll never forget. I found a way of trying to explain certain traits people had and could finally understand myself more genuinely. Despite my love of astrology, I decided to pursue a career in the visual arts at a museum and did astrology as a hobby until 2017 when I founded Emerald City Astrology when Uranus, the planet of the astrologer and of shocking change, made a conjunction to my work marker, the MC. From there my spiritual skillset skyrocketed!
Astrology became the gateway to understanding my psychic gifts, my ability to bend time/space to heal trauma for myself and others, and lastly, my new ability to channel. My gifts continue to grow daily, and I have a huge team of light (guides, angels, deceased loved ones, and my council) to lean on and aid me, and for this I am grateful.
Coincidentally, I also started meditating in 2017 and that is when I stopped and faced my shadow self. My anxiety and health issues were so overwhelming I was at the end of my rope. All I can say is that meditation saved my life. Without it I could not be here, and I have my mother to thank for suggesting it. I lived in her world trying to be perfect, and I ran to her every time something went wrong. One day she said, “what will you do when I’m gone,” to which I quietly emotionally regressed into a place of terror as I slightly began to disassociate. My first thought was that I would die when she died, but I didn’t tell her that. She then said that the only thing she could think of was meditation. So, since I was at rock bottom I did it. And here I AM.
I channeled the Shadow Chart and Shadow Chart Astrology after seeing a video about Jung on YouTube. It is knowledge that has been lost over the centuries and was channeled to me so that it would be returned to the collective consciousness to be used as a tool for enlightenment. I believe it was given to me because I can see the shadow self. I love doing shadow work - the pain, the release, the healing, the joy, the happiness, the sadness, the body, the mind, the horror, the comfort. My journey is rich with emotion and freedom, and I am alive. I see that I am source, God, Goddess, Sprit (whatever name you want to give consciousness) and I am a co-creator of my own life.
I am fulfilling this mission by being an astrologer (Lunar South Node at 29.57° in Virgo in the 3rd house opposite my Lunar North Node in Pisces 29.57° in the 9th house), spiritual healer, and teacher.
